Shed 11 provides excellent acoustics for musical performances and has played host to a range of events from Ted Talks, birthday celebrations, product and book launches, concerts and more. Impress your clients and staff with a breakfast meeting or product launch in The New Zealand Portrait Gallery. There is flexibility to set up catering and media displays so your people can network in an environment that is conveniently close to the CBD.

Conveniently situated in the heart of the Wellington CBD, Shed 11 is within walking distance of the Railway Station and several bus stops. There are a number of public car parks just a short walk away. The Gallery is a fully accessible venue.
RATES
Shed 11 is available for evening events from 5.30 pm until 10.30 pm and for morning events from 7 am to 10 am. Extended evening hours may be possible with prior arrangement.
Morning Events $600 + GST
Evening Events $1000 + GST
Extended hours $200 p/hr + GST
Photo Shoots $200 p/hr + GST
Optional Services
BOSE sound system, data projector, screen, pointer, microphone $50 + GST
Additional security for events of over 150 people $50 p/hr + GST
Cleaning $50 p/hr + GST
With particular exhibitions, our public opening times and heritage restrictions, there are sometimes limitations on food, drink, and decorations. Please contact the Gallery for further advice.
