My mum passed away 3 years ago in May, & my dear Dad has grieved for his “earthly Angel” ever since. His love for her was total & complete. Every conversation leads back to her.

She was a truely wonderful human being. A sports woman, a champion for those in need, independent & yet fully committed to her family. Mum lived her life on her terms with grace & great kindness.

A woman Kate Sheppard would admire.

Dad now suffers from advanced Parkinson’s & has reached out to us to see if we can make mums inclusion in your exhibition happen. I will be in Chch for his birthday on the 5th May & Mum’s passing anniversary on the 13th May.

I know my Father would be filled with joy to see her in your exhibition.

I particularly like the photo of them after the nuptials in my grandfathers back yard, so natural.
